Dow Jones Ends Slightly Lower, Down 0.06%

The Dow Jones Industrial Average closed 0.06% lower on Wednesday, shedding 32 points to finish at 48,972. The modest decline reflected mixed performance among blue-chip stocks.

Losses were led by Amgen, which fell 2.59%, followed by Honeywell International down 1.93%, and 3M, which declined 1.37%.

On the upside, UnitedHealth was the top gainer, surging 4.01%, while Nvidia advanced 1.67% and Johnson & Johnson added 1.51%, helping limit broader losses in the index.
